Wide Selection of Quality Flow Measurement Technologies

AW-Lake produces spur gear meters, which are ideal for low flow rates, high viscosity fluids, and measurement of processes involving starts, stops and pulsation – particularly where precise measurement of fluid flow is critical. Our gear meters can be found around the world in industries including chemical processing, oil & gas, and fuel measurement, among others.

Variable area flow meters are robust and easy to maintain and do not require auxiliary power. VA meters are relatively economical and easy to install. They are ideal for both liquid and gasses, having been utilized in lubrication and cooling systems as well as pneumatic and hydraulic systems, process control systems and even gas and chemical applications.

Our Coriolis mass flow meters offers high accuracy & repeatability and easy user interface with and fast setup time right out of the box. These meters provide highly accurate direct measurement of mass flow, density, and temperature with calculated volumetric flow of liquids and gases. They are hazardous area certified (CSA, ATEX, IECEx).

AW-Lake’s FlowStat Paddle Wheel flow meters are ideal for monitoring various fluids in applications such as chillers, cooling circuits, HVAC, medical equipment, batching and industrial process control applications. These robust meters are offered in a stainless steel version and polypropylene bodies with encapsulated circuitry for excellent protection against the harshest environments.

Helical gear (“screw-type”) flow meters are designed for measuring highly viscous, abrasive, and filled fluids including lubricating and non-lubricating media, such as polyurethanes & polymers, glues & sealing materials, and heavy fuel oils. They offer exceptional accuracy across wide flow ranges, high resolution, and very short response time for instant visualization of process changes.

Turbine flow meters are precision instruments that calculate the flow rate of fluids by gauging the rotational velocity of an internal turbine rotor. These devices are commonly utilized in sectors that demand accurate flow measurements, such as the petroleum, automotive, laboratory, and water treatment industries.

Non-contact ultrasonic flow meters provide accurate, instantaneous mass and volumetric flow rate measurement of clean, non-aerated fluids in full pipelines such as water, chemicals, and oils. Rotary Piston positive displacement flow meters are ideal for use in applications with very low flow rates and high pressures, as seen in offshore chemical injection skids. These meters provide precise volumetric measurement due to the operating principle.
